The exterior utilizes crisp aluminum accents, rustic stone, a modern brick finish, and a curtain wall of windows looking into the full height atrium that create a private yet grand exterior facade. The hydraulically assisted, 8 foot high five foot wide, front pivot door with a unique patina finish opens into a grand two-storey atrium that houses the 9 foot tall fish tank filled with over 300 fish, flanked by bookmatched marble and live wall features.

Notable interior features, almost too many to list, include the chevron flooring inlays and marble accents throughout, a temperature controlled wine storage feature wall, a unique family room feature wall, a custom fireplace with viewing glass spanning over 8 feet in width and 2 feet in height.

The staircase, composed of five foot wide, 4” thick LED lit treads, and glass railings that continuously line the full height atrium mezzanine, is treated as a sculptural piece, and is positioned in the middle of the floor plan in order to offer unique design snapshots from each angle in which it is viewed.
