The Donalda Georgian project started with a concept that our clients proposed; a home that offers clean contemporary lines while incorporating the timeless style, custom home design and symmetry that Georgian architecture has to offer. The result is a grand contemporary structure that is sure to characterize the Parkwoods-Donalda neighborhood for many years to come.

Using the unique positioning of the curved lot, the building is designed to be wide and tall creating an impressively proportioned exterior with nderstated elegance that covers 4,800 square feet above grade. True to Georgian style, classic red brick cladding with neutral limestone precast sills, and symmetrically balanced twin columns flanking the grand entrance way, provide a personal connection between the home and the occupants it was designed to house.

Other features of the home include 4 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets, a full size gym and a cozy breakfast nook that features large skylights for lots of natural light!

Inside, tall ceilings, large picture windows, and an open concept floor plan create a light and airy atmosphere that is perfect for entertaining. The bright white and gold themed features are balanced by the warm tones of the dark hardwood and LED accent lighting throughout.
