The Eclectic Brownstone designed by our best custom home designers is a unique fusion between a classic contemporary Federal brownstone with subtle characterizations of traditional Portuguese architecture, a personal nod to the homeowners heritage. Broad European inspired archways keep the exterior soft and refined while balancing the relatively narrow width of the home with its 3 storey height. To better achieve this balance with the front proportions, and to blend into the streetscape, the third floor is concealed in the roofline.
