Jesses Contemporary French Manor design is an ode to the old-world architecture made famous by the rolling vineyards of the South of France. He achieved this by selecting limestone material from a quarry that offers a stone with the perfect amount of yellow hue, which is then custom cut to achieve the specific reveal lines. The dramatic slate clad roofline’s proportions also serve as a historically accurate characteristic of this design style, the large windows allow lots of natural light into the home.

The interior of this home features over 3,500 square feet of finished space above grade and includes four bedrooms, an open concept main floor plan including an entertaining kitchen. The front sitting room offers a contemporary touch through amazing interior design that makes use of symmetrical full height windows to harness the South facing light, while offering a bespoke library and office on the interior.

The exterior was landscaping specifies a shrubbery species and placement plan that supports a palace of versailles-esque design style. Boxwoods line the limestone planter boxes separating the backyard dining and lounge areas from the pool and tanning area. While an intentional ambient lighting plan creates a soft and inviting mood for entertaining.
