Susan Kelly explores Jesse Sahlani’s design for a 4,500-square-foot bungalow inspired by historic English country estates. Presented through renderings of the proposed home, the feature follows his process from sun studies and perspective sketches to an H-shaped plan that brings the courtyard and gardens into view throughout the residence.
Stone facades, white oak interiors and sculptural furnishings express a shared design approach across the architecture, interiors and landscape.
